As well as being used on pottery lamps with wooden plinths and plastic lamp holders, this flex is often used on the solid brass arms of chandeliers. Its colour blends beautifully with old brass. Ensure the main body of the chandelier is earthed and a matching flex like the 01020 or 01019 is used for the main electrical feed.
