RETURNS INFORMATION

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

For defective or incorrect products please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will rectify the issue.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • In the original packaging.

Please note:

  • You cannot return cut lengths of cable, bespoke or special order products, see our Terms and Conditions of trading for more details.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
