This is likely the most common lampholder used in the country, referred to as the "John Smith" of the lampholder world. It features a simple cordgrip mechanism to stop it coming off the cable. The skirt unscrews to allow the attachment of a shade. It has a metal insert and supports up to 100 watts (T2 100W Max).
