These cord grips are best used in pendant fittings. When used inside the rose, they allow you to secure the flex in place and prevent it from falling out of your fitting. If using braided cable, wrap a slim piece of insulation tape around your chosen securing place. This prevents the braiding from being damaged and fraying.
