Metal Symmetrical Cordgrip with 10mm Male Thread

This adaptor uses prongs that dig into the flex as it passes through, stopping movement. The conical cap tightens down and presses the prongs into place and holds them there. It is plastic, so the 10mm can be cut down if too long for the lampholder it is to be used with. Maximum Flex size - 5.6mm. Width - 15mm, Height - 20mm.
