This cable has a completely transparent outer sheath and the inner copper cores which have been tinned to enhance the transparent look.  The earth wire has a single green tracer woven into the core which can barely be seen from a distance, but when stripped back leaves you in no doubt which wire is earth. Sold by the metre.
