ES Male - ES Female (E27 - E27) Extender Adaptor
Useful adaptor to bring the bulb closer to the front of the fitting. Used in spot fittings designed for long neck R80s or Par 38 fittings, allowing you to use more commonplace and (therefore cheaper) bulbs.
